In order to enhance the exploration and innovation ability of female engineers and scientists in the field of Power Supply and Power Electronics, and to further realize their self-worth, the Working Committee of Female Scientists of China Power Supply Society(WiS-CPSS) organizes the "CPSS Female Scientists Forum" each year. The event has been successfully held for 6 times since the establishment of WiS-CPSS in 2019.
This year China Power Supply Society and IEEE Power Electronics Society will cooperate on this significant event, to build a bridge for female engineers and scientists to communicate with their counterparts domestic and abroad, help improve their academic level and professionalism, provide them with a platform for communication, sharing and cooperation, and displaying women's wisdom, so as to encourage more females to participate in the field of scientific research and technology development.
